One of Greta's guiding quotes that pretty much sums up her approach to yoga.  She's Philippine born, Texas raised, and living in Los Angeles, CA. 

 

Greta is a girl next door with a wholesome and positive spirit.  She holds a vibrant space to come together to grow, to center yourself and to stretch your mind for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.  

 

She always had a passion for health and wellness because she grew up as an athlete playing team sports. Greta's been practicing yoga for over a decade, specializing in Power, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and other therapeutic modalities.  She brings her enthusiastic spirit which infuses a fun, strong and nourishing experience.  Her yoga style is inspired by the Ashtanga and Hatha traditions with a distinct and accessible teaching style to bring the mind, body and breath together.  Greta takes a holistic approach to yoga and she's dedicated to help all abilities, to inspire, and to live life to the fullest.  

 

Outside of leading events, privates, studio, corporate and online classes; Greta provides yoga and movement therapy at a medical clinic in West LA that offers integrated medicine and other healing services.  She's also a Brand Ambassador of Mama Kuka™ YogaSphere®’s strap.

Mike is a proud Kenyan-American, now residing in Hollywood CA. Fitness has always been apart of his childhood, but his time became sparse once the realities & stress of making ends meet as an adult. Finding his own passion in fitness brought him out of a tough depression and truly cleared a path for him to get to know him self and my purpose. 

 

Being an athlete his whole life, competing in 10+ Spartan Races, working on NBC's American Ninja Warrior, CBS's Million Dollar Mile, FOX Ultimate TAG & GAME ON! (coming soon..) & transforming his physique from a skinny 170lbs to 210lb Warrior; Fitness has become his life blood and a rewarding career.

 

Mike’s passion and determination for building a better, stronger, healthier body and mind pushes him to achieve great things physically and mentally, thus enabling him to motivate and inspire people across the world to achieve greatness for themselves.

I am an E-RYT 500! I began practicing yoga as a way to cope with the daily stresses that life often presents. I was drawn to a daily practice after noticing the positive impact of yoga on my life, both physically and mentally.

While in graduate school, I became interested in the therapeutic benefits of yoga while studying the effects of guided meditation and mindfulness on stress reduction in children. I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and then decided to take my yoga practice further and became certified to teach yoga. I have 500+ hours of training in Vinyasa and have studied extensively under Noah Mazé.

My virtual yoga classes are fun and playful! I believe that yoga should be practiced with serious dedication and devotion, but with a light-hearted approach. I strive to create a safe space for my students, allowing creativity and expression, as we are all unique individuals. Although the teacher is an important guiding figure, the practice of yoga comes from within, and only the student knows what feels good in his or her body.

I am passionate about sharing the gift of yoga and truly believe that yoga is healing. By taking care of ourselves, we have the ability to create vibrant bodies and peaceful minds.

Elma Panagaki

Elma is a passionate Yoga, Pilates and Barre instructor from Athens, Greece.

 

She has been practicing Ashtanga yoga with Tim Miller and has completed multiple training programs every year.

Through her 15-year ballet career, she learned the importance of connecting with and loving your body and believing in yourself. Her goal is to pass these values to her students.

 

Elma’s classes are challenging, physically and mentally and always help her students reach their maximum potential, and then exceed it.

Sam Garcia

Sam and has worked in the fitness industry since 2004. He has provided personal training and group fitness services for gyms, hotels, and offices.

 

In addition, his work with clients ranges from high performance athletes, celebrities, those just beginning their fitness journey, and clients seeking injury recovery/rehab.

 

He strongly believes that safely challenging the body, using a variety of different methods, through periodic progressions is the most efficient way to achieving fitness success.

 

Sam is trained at implementing boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, Kettlebell, Pilates, Yoga, Resistance Band, Circuit Training, Bootcamp and Pre- and post-natal fitness regimens. 

 

He also currently teaches Kickboxing, PIYO, HIIT, and Circuit classes for gyms and corporate wellness companies. Sam is available for Private and Group sessions and looks forward to working with you!
